1.Production specifications:

Notice: in order to make high quality slipper, molds must be tested more than 4 times.

2.Ordering process:

a. Inquiry: you send your inquiry to us about the product or design that you want;

b. R&D: the quality, mould life, cavity of mould, price, quality, material, design, delivery time,  payment  term ect;

c. Quotation: send quotation to you;

d. Place an order with first payment: we send PI to you for conformation and pay 30% deposit.

e. Mould design confirmation: we design the mould for you as per your drawings.

f. Mould making: according to customer’s requirement to design mould, including 2D, 3D, dummy CNC, metal CNC, inspect the fitting, finish inspect, completed;

g. Sample making: we do mould test and send samples for approval or customer  come to our factory to inspect mould;

h. Packing: we pack mould with standard wooden carton or 3-ply board crate or according to customer’s requirement.

i. Balance payment: the customer make the balance payment.

j. Mold delivery: we will ships moulds to the indicate port by sea or by airs as your requirement.
